Integrally cast from high-toughness GG200 grey cast iron with thin-wall lightweight design and annular reinforcing ribs. It owns lighter weight and good deformation resistance, matching compact installation space of mini equipment.
Precision Roll-Ground Worm & Worm Wheel Pair
The worm adopts precision hobbing and low-temperature quenching process, matched with high-tin bronze worm wheel. The tooth surface has high finish and precise clearance control, ensuring smooth low-speed running and tiny backlash.
Integrated Sealing Protection Structure
The joint surface of housing is equipped with integral oil-resistant gasket, and double-layer skeleton oil seals are installed at input and output ends together with transparent oil sight glass, blocking dust and cutting fluid from entering internal transmission parts.
