The whole housing is integrally cast with GG200 grey cast iron. Thickened housing with dense reinforcing ribs brings high structural hardness, strong pressure and impact resistance, no deformation or crack under heavy load.
Bronze Worm Gear Pair
The worm is made of quenched & tempered 45# steel, matched with wear-resistant tin bronze worm wheel. Tight tooth surface contact ensures even friction loss, stable long-term operation under low speed and high torque.
One-way Self-locking Transmission
Adopt 90° staggered worm and worm wheel layout. It automatically locks when bearing reverse load, preventing material sliding after power off with built-in mechanical braking performance.
