ANG Drive MS/Y2 series three phase asynchronous motors, built to IEC international standards, cover frame sizes 56~355 and power 0.06kW~315kW. Featuring precision machining and optimized electromagnetic design, they deliver strong starting performance, low vibration and noise, and high running stability, serving as a reliable power source for fans, pumps, compressors, gearboxes, and general machinery.

Precision Dynamic Balancing + Low Noise Design
Rotors are corrected by CNC dynamic balancing to G2.5 grade accuracy. Combined with high precision bearing seat machining and optimized fan blade profiles, overall vibration velocity stays below 1.8mm/s and full load noise is controlled within 75dB. Smooth and quiet operation, ideal for indoor equipment sensitive to noise.
High Starting Torque + Low Starting Current
Optimized double cage or deep slot rotor design delivers starting torque up to 2.2 times rated torque, while starting current is limited to within 7 times rated current. Heavy load equipment starts without stalling, and the impact on the power grid during startup is reduced, protecting other devices on the same line.
Modular Structure, Zero Barrier Maintenance
End shields, bearing caps, terminal boxes, and fan covers are all standardized modular parts. Front and rear end shields are interchangeable, the terminal box can rotate 180 degrees for left or right cable exit, and bearings use common off the shelf sizes. Customers can replace bearings and perform maintenance on site with no special tools or factory return needed.

Low Vibration Extends Whole Machine Life
Less vibration means lower alternating stress on bearings, oil seals, and windings, extending bearing life by about 30% versus standard motors. It also reduces loosening and wear on driven equipment such as pump bodies, piping, and couplings, lowering downtime across the entire production line.
Smooth Starting Protects Grid and Equipment
High starting torque ensures one shot successful startup for loaded equipment like fans, pumps, and conveyors, no repeated inching required. Low starting current reduces the required margin for transformers and wiring, lowering customer distribution costs and avoiding voltage dip issues such as lighting flicker and contactor tripping.
Low Maintenance Cost, Spare Parts Everywhere
Modular design plus common bearing sizes (e.g., 6204, 6205, 6306) means customers can source replacement bearings and seals from local hardware stores. The rotatable terminal box eliminates rework for cable exit direction during installation, cutting overall installation and maintenance time by about 40%.

Q: Can this motor be used with a VFD? Any caveats?
A:Yes. However, for continuous operation below 30Hz, self fan cooling becomes less effective, we recommend reducing the load or selecting an independent forced cooling version. For heavy duty frequent start stop applications, we recommend inverter reinforced windings and bearings, available as a custom option.
Q:What is the relationship between Class F insulation and Class B temperature rise?
A: Class F insulation has a thermal limit of 155°C. We evaluate to Class B temperature rise, meaning winding temperature rise at rated load does not exceed 80K (actual temperature about 120°C). This provides a 35°C thermal margin, so even during short time overload or high ambient temperature, the insulation will not overheat, ensuring longer service life.
Q:What export certifications can you provide?
A:Standard products carry CE ISO and RoHS certification.
