Double protection of skeleton oil seal plus radial dust ring on front and rear end covers, integrated sealed terminal box with rubber waterproof gaskets, and widened mud baffle flange on output shaft. It blocks dense farm mud, corrosive chemical vapor and day-night dew for stable all-weather outdoor operation.
Thickened Shock-Resistant Pure Copper Winding

Q: Is there a thickness requirement for the mounting bracket during installation?
A: The steel bracket plate thickness shall be no less than 6mm, and the flange contact surface must be fully attached without gaps to prevent resonance and accelerated bearing wear under heavy load. Thickened mounting bolts are supplied together with the unit.
Q: Is an extra cooling fan required if the motor runs under long-term direct sunlight and high temperature?
A: The motor body comes with radial cooling fins, no extra cooling equipment needed for ordinary outdoor conditions. External auxiliary cooling kits are optional for all-day operation above 40℃ in summer.
Q: Can this motor run in reverse for special-direction irrigation towers?
A: Bidirectional rotation is supported, simply swap any two power wires to change rotation direction. Internal gears and bearings are reinforced for bidirectional stress, with consistent load performance in forward and reverse rotation.
