UDL Friction Disc Stepless Speed Regulation Core
Adopts friction drive speed change structure. Smooth output speed adjustment is realized by rotating the handwheel, with a wide speed range and no stalling during gear shifting. Stable and controllable speed adjustment accuracy meets dynamic speed regulation demands of various working conditions.
Integrated Die-Cast Aluminum Alloy Housing
The whole housing is made of lightweight die-cast aluminum alloy with excellent heat dissipation and light weight. Anti-corrosion coating is applied on the surface. Multiple horizontal and flange mounting types are optional, and it can be directly combined with worm gear reducers.
Wear-Resistant Friction Transmission Components
The core friction wheels are hardened for wear resistance with evenly stressed contact surfaces, avoiding slipping under low-speed heavy loads. The built-in circulating oil bath lubrication fully soaks transmission parts to reduce long-term operation wear.

Q:Can UDL variable speed drive be assembled with worm reducers as one unit?
A: Yes. Its output flange size matches NMRV worm reducers perfectly. Direct connection without adapter plate saves much installation space.
Q: Is 24-hour continuous operation allowed for UDL speed variator?
A:It supports 24-hour non-stop operation under standard working conditions. For high-temperature, dusty and heavy-duty environments, stop for 30 minutes every 8 hours for heat dissipation and shorten the oil replacement cycle.
