This Two Stage Helical Gearbox adopts a two-stage continuous meshing transmission design. Through step-by-step deceleration of two-stage gears, it can achieve a larger reduction ratio range, with softer power transmission and avoiding transmission impact caused by a single-stage large reduction ratio.
Noise Reduction Optimization
Our gears adopt helical staggered meshing combined with tooth profile modification technology. The two-stage meshing buffers each other, resulting in extremely small vibration amplitude during operation and noise much lower than that of conventional gearboxes, suitable for precision working conditions requiring high operational quietness.
Reinforced Bearings
Our gearbox is equipped with high-precision heavy-duty bearings, it adapts to the load distribution needs of two-stage transmission. The bearings are wear-resistant and impact-resistant, which can effectively bear the composite load brought by two-stage transmission and avoid equipment failures caused by bearing wear.
Torque Multiplication
