High precision in torque control
The torque output of our DC servo motor is linearly proportional to the input current. Precise control of torque can be achieved by adjusting the armature current, making it particularly suitable for working conditions with low speed and high torque (such as winding equipment, manipulator gripping actions).
Flexible structure and strong adaptability
Our DC servo motors are divided into two types: brushed DC servo and brushless DC servo. The brushed type has a simple structure and low cost; the brushless type has a long service life and low noise. The appropriate type can be selected according to the equipment working conditions (such as explosion-proof, high cleanliness), and the installation methods also support various forms such as flange and shaft extension.
No jitter during low-speed operation
Our DC servo motor can run stably at extremely low speeds without an additional reduction mechanism. The speed fluctuation rate is much lower than that of AC servo motors of the same power, which can meet the scenarios with high requirements for low-speed stability such as precision feeding and high-precision positioning.

The control circuit is simple and easy to debug
The control logic of DC servo is more concise, the design cost of the driver circuit is low, and on-site debugging only needs to adjust basic parameters such as current and voltage, which reduces the threshold for equipment debugging and maintenance costs.
Large starting torque and strong overload capacity
DC servo motors can output 1.5-3 times the rated torque instantly at startup, which can easily drive large inertia loads to start; they can withstand 2-3 times the rated load in a short time, adapting to the working requirements of frequent startup and shutdown of equipment and instantaneous overload.
Significant cost advantage and high cost performance
At the same power level, our DC servo motors (especially the brushed ones) are more price-competitive, suitable for industrial equipment with moderate requirements for control accuracy and limited budgets (such as small CNC machine tools, automated assembly lines).
