A: The fixed ratio is confirmed by matched gears. Ratio change requires redesigning gear parts, resulting in extra cost and extended production lead time.
Q: Is customized size available for output flange?
A:Flange OD and mounting holes can be modified as per customer drawing; standard flange is equipped by default.
Q: Is continuous full-load operation acceptable for this gearbox?
A: Continuous running is allowed under rated load. Overload operation for long hours causes excessive heat and accelerates wear of gears and oil seal.
