The main parts of the gear box are:

1. Shaft and coupling parts are generally forged and tempered with high-quality alloy steel (40Cr, 42CrMoA).

2. Gear and gear shaft parts are generally forged and carburized by high-quality low carbon alloy steel (20CrMnMoH, 20CrMnTi, 17CrNiMo6). Gear precision generally requires more than 7 levels, the gear box transmission efficiency of more than 96%.

3. The wet multi-disc friction clutch is operated by hydraulic pressure.

4. The box body is generally made of grey cast iron (HT200, HT250) and welded with (Q235) steel plates in the production of a single piece.
